The Foreclosure Recovery Professionals was created by experienced real estate investors and financial professionals who spotted a need that was created (by foreclosure actions and homeowners losing their properties due to foreclosure) from the homeowner who lost their property during a foreclosure action. This need (to help in the recovery of assets is created) was the recovery of assets when a property is sold for more than the property’s debt. Over the last twenty years, as an active investor buying and selling single-family properties, we have seen thousands of properties sold through the foreclosure process for more than what the family owed. While we do our best to help those in the foreclosure process to retain their homes, our most valuable help often comes after the foreclosure.
Stopping a foreclosure action is often not in our control due to the many factors involved. However, we also know that many homes that are sold at foreclosure auctions now are sold for more than the debt on the property. We could help with the recovery of any excess or overage funds that were created from the foreclosure action. At first, we begin helping folks by directing them to attorneys or other sources that would assist them in their recovery. After many years of referring clients out and then finding that clients were not given the attention, we thought they deserved, we elected to add the recovery business as a service. Thus, giving those unfortunate families, who lost their homes to foreclosure action, the service, and knowledge necessary to recover their money.
Two things we can now do to help. First, is to provide all the options which are available before foreclosure, and second, is to ensure any excess/surplus funds created from the foreclosure sale are returned to the rightful owners.

Darryl Ryan is the creative mind and seasoned entrepreneur behind our companies. While being creative and focused on our companies, he never forgets his reason for building and doing what he does. He has been building businesses, consulting, and being a husband for more than 25 years. He devoted himself to his family, training, real estate, and the financial development of businesses.
He is the President and Founder of several companies and has completed thousands of transactions; be it in business or life. Darryl is a driven person, equipped with a vision and passion for imparting ideas. Generous in sharing life’s experiences and continuously striving to increase the knowledge and success of those around him. Along with loving his 2 adult daughters and a young son, he loves learning and working with others who have the energy to work as hard as he does and have the desire to succeed.
